This straightforward application provides remote control functionality for compatible hearing aids that support DTMF tone signaling, including models such as Starkey's "T² Remote" and certain Specsavers devices.

The interface features six prominently displayed buttons designed for ease of use.

Each button can be individually customized with specific code sequences. Users should consult their hearing aid manufacturer's manual to obtain the correct DTMF codes corresponding to their device. The application allows for the assignment of these codes to any of the six buttons.

A configurable delay feature enables users to set the number of seconds before the DTMF sequence is transmitted, facilitating convenient placement of the phone near the ear before activation. The default delay is set at two seconds but can be adjusted as needed.

Additionally, users can specify the inter-tone duration in milliseconds between consecutive codes, with a default setting of 600 milliseconds, adjustable within the application's Settings menu.

It is important to note that excessively high volume levels may cause hearing damage. Users are advised to test tone intensity carefully before bringing the device close to the ear. Volume can be conveniently controlled via the device's side buttons on phones or tablets.

The application also offers an option to enable or disable vibration feedback upon keypresses, configurable within Settings; defaults are set to off.

Out of the box, the app is preconfigured for Starkey hearing aids but can be easily reprogrammed to match other devices by updating settings accordingly.
